During this Singapore visit, we have stayed in several hotels.

M Social was good, but the rooms were very small and the breakfast was just okay.

Afterwards my wife had some health issues, so we booked the closest hotel near Raffles Hospital for a few nights, which was Village Hotel Bugis. Unfortunately, it was quite awful, the rooms were old and dirty, and the breakfast was terrible. We then stayed four nights at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, which was amazing. Our corner room on the 15th floor had beautiful river views, and the breakfast was excellent.

Tomorrow we are going to Indonesia for a few nights to pick up my wife’s brother, and then we will return to Singapore for three nights and then after that having one more night in Orchard Rendezvous Hotel with lounge access, as i booked it beforehand, before flying back home to Helsinki, Finland. I’m thinking of staying in the Clarke Quay area again and would appreciate some help choosing between two hotels.

We need a room that can accommodate three people. The options are Holiday Inn Atrium, with a triple room and breakfast included, or Furama riverfront Hotel, which is the same price but includes both breakfast and lounge access. However, the Superior Room at Furama looks quite awful in the photos, and I’m worried that the lounge won’t make up for it if the room really looks like that. I'm getting Village Hotel Bugis vibes. Is the breakfast in Holiday Inn Atrium better than the one in Furama riverfront?
