You will receive a notification via email and/or SMS when your passport is ready for collection. The notification will include:

Passports can be collected at one of the following locations unless otherwise specified in your notification:
• ICA Building – ICA Services Centre

Documents to Bring
When collecting your passport in person, you should bring:
