We will be arriving at Singapore in the late afternoon with a fair amount of luggage. We intend to take a taxi to our hotel on Clarke Quay but we read that many taxi drivers do not speak English and would need to be told the destination in Malay or Mandarin. Is this true, and how can we make sure we are taken to the right hotel please?
