Just a couple of final questions - thank you for all the help I've received here in planning my itinerary!

So for mid-Dec to around Christmas, I can't quite work out if it's a 'busy' time in Singapore - ie tourist numbers? I think I worked out that it's school holidays for Singaporean kids - so will this naturally make it busy?

I'm planning a good part of one day at Adventure Cove. I read a review and was interested that a person in December mentioned they were a bit cold in the water... I also just looked at the Singapore Government weather site - December is the wettest month, but it says that the mean daily max is 30.5 C, mean daily min is 24.3 C, and the 24hr average is 26.8 C. I'm fairly used to temps around 30 C, I wouldn't necessarily find that 'hot' - just wondering then why Singapore is always reported as being really hot? Is it the humidity that's making the apparent temp feel hotter? I've previously mentioned that my most recent comparable experience would be a transit through Cairns in December - I found that quite unpleasant and hot, but temperature-wise it would have been warmer than 30.5 C, probably closer to the 35 C mark.
