Hello, we will be in Singapore in February for a very short visit - arrive on a Saturday evening on Day 1, have one full day in town on Sunday Day 2, then leave the next afternoon on a cruise on Monday Day 3). We know we can't see everything in such a short time, but want to enjoy what we can. We'll be jet-lagged but are pretty seasoned travelers and are going to make the most of it. What would you suggest doing to get a taste of the city? We're mainly interested in history and culture. Here is what I am considering so far, would love opinions on if it sounds doable and hits the top highlights.

Day 1: arrive, overnight in either Colonial District or Chinatown

Day 2:

Morning - Asian Civilizations Museum

Afternoon - Either explore Chinatown or Little India = which would you pick?

Evening - Gardens by the Bay sound and light show

Day 3:

Morning - Botanic Gardens

Afternoon - Depart
