I will be arriving at Changi Terminal 2 around midnight. I understand that T2 has no departure/arrival area, just common transit area where arriving and departing passengers can mix.

As it is late, can I use my Priority Pass to access the 24-hour airside lounges for a few hours before clearing immigration? Or are the 24-hour lounges only open to departing passengers?
