Who Can Apply
A Student’s Pass application can be made by individuals who:
• Have received an offer of admission from a full-time educational institution in Singapore
• Intend to pursue a full-time course of study that is recognised by the Singapore authorities
• Are not already holding permanent resident status in Singapore

To apply for a Student’s Pass, applicants typically need:
