Hi, we plan to visit gardens by the bay sunday 21st december. We are flexible re time but would like to know if we need to prebook any of the domes etc. also will it be so busy wed need to book ahead for dining? Am looking at Le Noir because it has live music but happy to try anywhere in the area.
